3 Days Air Safari To Laikipia

3 Days

Overview

‘the Gem along the Equator in the Rift Valley’

I consider it a ‘diamond ‘destination for its uniqueness in consistent perfection for the conservation of wildlife and the environment. A 3 days safari by air is not enough to indulge in this land of staggering beauty & biodiversity – a mosaic of wildlife conservancies, ranchlands & commercial farms, where half of the endangered rhino population is found on private conservancy land.

The home away from home atmosphere in four stand-alone cottages with exceptional views in Borana conservancy to the form of cottage-style rooms which are spread out along the hillside in Lewa House to mention a few.

The array of activities in this area includes Loisaba conservancy which is a migratory zone of the second largest elephant population in the country, a safe haven of over 260 species of birds and 50 species of mammals including the lions, wild dogs, the endangered Grevy’s Zebra and reticulated giraffe.
