# Condition of Service:
The terms and conditions here, govern the relationship between Treasures Adventure House (TAH) by Tesoro Adventura Africa Safaris (TAAS) and you (our client). Treasures Adventure House by TAAS presumes you are of legal age to use this website and create a legal binding agreement to purchase our services towards the safari programs we offer. These are the terms and conditions that will apply after submitting payment for a safari by TAH by TAAS to will be bound by these terms and conditions.
The binding contract between you, the client and Treasures Adventure House by Tesoro Adventura Africa Safaris comes into existence when we received your confirmed booking request and payment for the safari, we are under no obligation to give you a breakdown of the costs involved in the tour package you are interested in.
However, by making payments for your safari, you are bound by Treasures Adventure House by TAAS’ terms and conditions.
# Premier African Travel Experience:
Africa, a continent known for over 3,000 different tribes, unique features from the Victoria Falls in Zambia, The Namib desert in Namibia, the Table Mountain in southwestern South Africa, East African Rift Valley, Gorilla Trekking in Rwanda and Uganda, The Great Wildlife Migration in Maasai Mara in Kenya and Serengeti in Tanzania.
A region known for wildlife roaming freely in Parks, Reserves and Conservancies, a chance to see the Big-Five (lion, leopard, rhino, elephant and cape buffalo) whether on land, by 4×4 Landcruiser’s or in a hot air-balloon ride over the plains which ends with a bush champagne breakfast.
We at Treasures Adventure, have excavated the treasure trove safari experience in the region. Our packages are all to give you value and treasurable memories and as such have categorized our safaris subject to precious stones in Africa:
- Mid-range (The William Pink stone) ranges $3,500 -$5,500
- Luxury (Centenary Diamond) ranges $5,500 – $8,500
- Opulent (The Cullian Stone) ranges $8,500 plus
Our prices are based on a minimum of 2 people sharing quoted per person. Please read the itinerary details on what’s included and excluded. The safaris are tailored to ensure your African dream safari is actualized, the season to visit, number of days, number of people on your safari, your preferred accommodation and preferred mode of transport. Our website is well designed for an African experience, whether the first time or repeat visit to this valuable & wealthy continent. At Treasures Adventure, we focus on your to-be safari experience, and are at hand to assist in the process of tailor-made safaris as desired.
# Season for an Africa Safari:
July to November, with August as the peak season, which requires at least 6 months in advance to secure rooms, since that period most locations are over booked.
October to December brings the short rains in Tanzania and Kenya, whilst July to September are pleasant times to visit the East Africa region.

# Price on the website
We reserve the right to change or modify our prices without prior notice, or change/cancel the Service as a result of conditions beyond our control.
We shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any modification of your itinerary, changes in price, suspension or suspend our Service.
# Reservations:
For us to guarantee your reservation, we kindly request to make payments as suggested below. If it is a last-minute booking we request for full payment of the total amount. All bookings and reservations will be confirmed in writing on email.
# Price Vs Product/Service Assurance
At Treasures Adventure, we aim at exploring and reconnecting you to a journey into the wilderness of free-roaming wildlife providing exceptional value for money tied to a memorial experience.
As you plan your safari, the lowest price may often lead to disappointment as your expectations may not be met. It is advisable to know exactly what the safari includes and what is excluded.
# Special offers
Treasures Trove of Safari programs, from time to time receive special offers from our partners and we upload different products example: stay longer, payless, or Road/Fly-in packages with certain activities like honeymoon packages, seasonal offers, activities included, and many more.
# Cancellations, Reduction in numbers, No-Show
All cancellations or alterations must be done in writing, in which event the following fees or percentages will be charged, calculations are done based on the date of receipt of notification in writing by Treasures Adventure House by TAAS.
If the booking is cancelled, or altered materially by you (the client), TAH reserves the right to charge the following cancellation fees:
- For cancellations received from date of Booking to 61 days prior to arrival, incur a 20% of the Total Cost cancellation fee, the deposit will be refunded
- net of bank charges. And a fee of 40% of the total land arrangements during peak season.
- For cancellations received from 60 days to 31 days prior to arrival, will incur a 50 % of the Total Cost cancellation fee.
- For cancellations received from 30 days prior to the booked date of arrival will incur 100% of the Total Cost cancellation fee.
- During Peak Season, a non-refundable 35 % deposit must be made to confirm the booking and balance payable 61 Days prior to arrival.
- If you are making a reservation less than 29 days prior to the start of tour 100% payment must be made to accept the reservation.
- All credit card payments may incur an additional 5% transaction fee.
- The guest is responsible for all Bank Fees associated with payments via Bank Transfer.
- Refunds will not be made for unused sightseeing trips, Game Drives or meals etc. once confirmed.
- Treasures Adventure House by TAAS reserves the right to cancel a reservation if payment is not received on time, in which case cancellation fees will apply.
- Your deposit and any other payments on account will be applied against your liability under sub clause cancellation/alterations.
- Any charges that have been made for reservations which have already been contracted i.e., any cancellation fee imposed by hotels, lodges or transporters for and any other expenses which TAH may have incurred will be deducted.
# Payments:
In the event that the price shall not have been received by the due date, TAH reserves the right to cancel the tour or as a condition of providing the tour to re-cost the itinerary (including imposing a surcharge in respect of our additional costs)
All prices are quoted in USD dollars. We accept payment in a freely convertible currency Euros or Sterling Pounds at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of payment.
We also accept payment by wire transfer; your bank may have a charge on the wire transfer which you will pay for on your end.
# Tour price includes:
All safari package quotes by Treasures Adventure House by TAAS are subject to exchange rates, air fares, transport costs to mention a few. Safari price quotes are subject to change especially in cases affected by government action or other factors beyond our control and in that case you (the client) will be duly informed.
For Treasures Adventure House by TAAS quotes/prices are based on the itineraries under ‘included’ and ‘excluded. Please check each itinerary as the lodges and camps meal plan vary.
# Transportation and Driver Guides:
Treasures Adventure House (TAH) shall provide the mode of local transportation such as scheduled/charter flights, 4×4 Landcruiser’s, safari cruises, coaches, mini-bus for transfers based on the conditions of the roads and number of clients on the proposed journey.
TAH reserves the right to alter any such arrangements made, including the proposed route on the safari itinerary.
TAH shall provide the services of a professional, experienced English speaking driver guide and a bilingual when required.
TAH reserves the right to employ the services of a subcontractor to affect your transportation.
# TAH’s Right of Refusal:
TAH reserves the right to decline, accept, or retain any person as a member of any tour at any time. In a circumstance where you (the client) shall not have been at fault, then TAH may refund you an amount considered equitable taking into account all the circumstances.
# Your Responsibilities:
Ensure that you obtain adequate insurance cover against personal accident, medical expenses and loss of your baggage.
You will ensure that all your travel documents; Recent passport, Visa, Vaccination Certificates, currency, traveller’s cheques are in order and that the names appearing on the passport are the same as the airline ticket(s) if relevant.
You must remember to reconfirm your international flight departures at least hours prior to the stipulated departure as per your ticket. At the point of booking, you shall be responsible for informing TAH on request for special diet or facilities for physically challenged persons on the tour and any other special needs.
You shall be responsible to share at the point of booking on any medical conditions or challenges which may affect your (the client) ability to partake of activities or suitability of the tour.
#TAH Responsibilities:
TAH shall not be liable for any injury, delay, loss or damages however arising from your transporters, accommodation or from any other services provided to you or from any act or omission of any person.
