Overview
Reteti House is located within northern Kenya’s most coveted location in Namunyak Wildlife Conservancy which spans 850,000 acres of wilderness, and 10-minute walk from Reteti Elephant Sanctuary. Here guests are provided with a front-row seat to the extraordinary conservation work at Reteti.
Namunyak Conservancy is the home to the second largest population in Kenya, with over 450 reticulated giraffes, the endangered Grevy Zebra, and the fabled Gerenuk to mention a few, this offers you a platform to experience the abundant wildlife including the resident leopards, and birdlife that play host to Egyptian Vultures and Klipspringers.
The Reteti House is designed to be a platform for conservation, offering exclusivity to families and groups in search of an African perspective. The House is sustainably constructed with natural materials from the area, the house echoes the landscape’s neutral tones to create a cool and relaxing atmosphere inside.
The four beautiful, standalone rooms, each with a gorgeous outdoor shower and private deck, both offering interrupted views over the conservancy, and can accommodate eight to ten guests. The house also features a spectacular central lounge and infinity pool overlooking the elephant waterhole.

Accommodation
- Reteti House is for exclusive use, with four standalone, ensuite rooms each with a beautiful outdoor shower, ensuite toilet and sink, solar heated shower and expansive view. Each room can be configured as a double or a twin room with sufficient space for an extra bed to make a triple, pure cotton linen, dressing gown, lock box, square pin plug socket, yoga mats, torch & drinking water and toiletries.
- The house has a central sitting/dining room and horizontal pool.
- Accommodates 8 – 10 people maximum, and there are No hairdryers.
