Overview

 On 69sq.km in the north-western corner of the Greater Mara Eco-system managed by Seiya Ltd, contracted by Fairmont Kenya in an agreement that secures and protects the surrounding ecosystem through direct support from the tourism partners responsible for the area’s holistic land management and community development programmes.

Revenue is collected and distributed to the 86 Maasai Landowners on a per acre basis, and Fairmont Kenya and the Mara Safari Club invest in human and wildlife welfare.  Land owner’s revenue is earned from game viewing fees collected at the Mara Safari Club and distributed to each bank account every month without deductions or charges.
