Overview
Set with its own 6,500-acre private wildlife reserve – the Bushtops Wildlife Conservancy (Isaaten) sits Mara Bushtops Camp, this private land is a hotspot of biodiversity, teeming with buffalo, giraffes, elands, elephants, impalas, Topis, wildebeest and zebra – all followed by a resident pride of lions and the occasional leopard.
The Conservancy is a managed project to help maintain a healthy ecosystem, to preserve the lands from human encroachment. Run by the Stuart family, the Camp has been designed to blend into its surroundings to minimize the visual and environmental impact. Featuring twelve spacious and well-appointed luxury tents share the secluded havens of privacy and calm.
Access to the Conservancy is exclusive to the Masai and Bushtops guests who benefit with private night and off-road game drives, guided walking safaris from the Camp, sundowners, sunrises on the Sekanani hill and visits to the nearby Kakiya cave (the hidden Gem of Masai culture).

Accommodation
The twelve well-appointed tents are named after the wildlife seen wandering past the Camp, there are two room types namely Luxury Tent-Suites and two rooms are Family Tent / Leopards suite. The luxury tented Suites have ample room to wander at leisure, sink into a deck lounger, soak in your private hot tub or use the telescope provided to spot distant wildlife.
The Leopards Suite is a two bedroomed Suite, each with an ensuite bathroom, can accommodate and extra bed for a child in each room to accommodate a maximum six guests. The sunken lounge is perfect for an afternoon siesta, a hot-tub on the deck perfect for game viewing in view of the salt lick visited by wildlife, the Suite has a private fire place, wine wall and minibar.
Total of 32 Rooms in 16 well-spaced cottages, with each Cottage having two Rooms, a comfortable lounge, en-suite bedrooms, all with a mini bar, coffee-making facility, air-conditioning, satellite television, Wi-Fi, a private balcony with sweeping views of the farm, the surrounding scenic landscape, and the most amazing sunsets. Tastefully decorated in a classic style with ceramic floors and furniture throughout, with a signature Acacia hospitality.
